1)Shipping

The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. The orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on next Monday. The transport cost is calculated based on the destination country. We ship primarily through DHL in Italy and the typical delivery time is 2/3 working days. FEDEX is our international shipping partner out of Italy and the delivery time is 2/4 working days

2)Payments                                                         

The payment of the purchased products must be made by the Customer at the time of placing the order using PayPal:

a) Paypal: in the case of payment via Paypal, the financial information provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order (credit / debit card number, expiry date) will be forwarded via encrypted protocol, only to Paypal which provides remote electronic payment services, without any other third party becoming aware of them. Paypal can be used to buy comfortably, without the need to enter credit card information on the site. The account is debited upon completion of the order. Our returns policy

If you change your mind, you have 10 days to return the product.

Our returns policy is as follows:

1) Contact our customer service at the email address info@spacca-neapolis.com and inform them of your decision to return the product. Include the order number, the name of the article and the reason for the return.

2) Put the tiess into the original cover & will take care to arrange the pick up.

When will i receive the refund? Will there be additional costs to pay?

When we receive the merchandise, we will examine it and send you notification via email of your right to be refunded/be sent a new product within a reasonable amount of time (1-3 working days after receiving the returned article). We will proceed with the refund to the same credit card the payment was made with (the refund will take place within 30 working days, in line with credit card norms), but we will withhold delivery fees. The customer is responsible for shipping charges/customs levies for the return of the purchased article.

Please note: the article must be unused and in the same conditions/packaging it was received in.
